If you purchase a WISP product and are not satisfied, you can return it within (30) days from your delivery arrival date for a refund excluding delivery & shipping charges, you must include the order number with the return. Only unused merchandise is eligible to be returned. You will need to arrange for, and pay for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited once an authorized WISP representative receives the product.
