If your order or product arrived damaged from shipping you can request a free and immediate replacement by contacting us at: support@thewisp.com. Please provide your email address and order # and a picture of the damaged shipping box/product.
The bigWISP is a standalone push broom and currently does not come with a WISPpan.
The WISP bristles charge with electostatic energy when used properly in order to collect pet hair and debris. Occassionally this can create static buildup on the WISPpan as well. If this happens you can use the WISP to clean the WISPpan from debris over a trash recepticle. The WISPpan can also be rinsed under running water to clean thoroughly.
The WISP bristles are intentionally designed to be short and condensed in order to create a squeegee like effect when used at a 90 degree angle on the floor. This ensures that debris is trapped and collected effectively and also helps increase the life of the bristles.
We currently cannot ship a single order to two separate locations. If you would like to have product shipped to two locations you must place two separate orders. Separate orders are not able to be combined in order to receive free shipping or any other offers.
